Hudson is a doctor, a widower, so he is a single dad, and he moved home to take over the practice in his hometown and to raise his son. He met Lacy a few months before during a visit home, and now he cant help but have her on his mind all the time. Now that he is back in town he will do anything to get her to give him a chance.
Lacy’s mind is on helping her mother during her illness and just getting through life day by day. So she doesn’t have the energy for dating. But how can she help falling for him when his such an amazing dad, and he was just so sweet with her mother.
I am a total fan for a single dad romance, and Hudson was EPIC. Hudson was protective, sweet, dominant, charming and will just make you fall head over heels. He was so patient with Lacy and totally won her over little by little. . The way he pursued Lacy was just #sigh.
Lacy was a strong, independent and fierce and shy, you can’t help but cheer these two on. Their chemistry was amazing and the spice was HOT HOT HOT… Two people definitely made for each other. You will fall in love with this story from the start to the end 😊
