This series definitely takes me back to my days of Rock Chick. I feel like I am re-reading my favorite KA series. The woman in this series is such bad asses, its like you wish this was real life, lol

Javier reminded me of Hector from the Rock Chick books and I loved it. Harlow has been after Javier for a while now, and she thinks that maybe there might be a chance. Until the night she was undercover, and he ruined it and then left her with some not so good words.

But like any KA man, he knew he made a mistake and then set about correcting that mistake. When it seems like Harlow’s life might be in danger, he does exactly what you would expect, makes her his and protects her with his life 😊

I loved me a good KA story and this one was definitely it. I read these books, and you know something is coming but yet you still go in and still surprises you, lol. Both of these characters each have their own emotional past, so they were perfect for each other.

Loved the story, loved the characters and dying for more 😊
