I loved this story. Melissa Foster’s Dark Knights are my favourite series 😊 And Doc’s story was just what I expected 😊


Doc and Juliette were hot and heavy and so in love with each other, they promised to be together forever… Until her governor father came and dragged her away. What happened next changed their lives completely.


Now its sixteen years later and Doc run’s into Juliette at the hospital while his handing out Christmas gifts… And the anger he feels he can’t even describe it.. But when he discovers all the lies that were told to keep them apart, nothing will get in his way to get his family back…


This was such an emotional rollercoaster. My heart was breaking for Doc and Juliette and everything they have been through because of her father. But the Whiskey family rallies around them and it takes some patience and lots of love to form a relationship with his son.


I loved the emotion, the heart break, putting it back together and the building of the relationship, not just between Doc and his son, but also between Doc and Juliette. I am forever in love with this series/family 😊
