You never go wrong with you start a Samantha young story 😊 This first book in the new Scottish Isles series was such an awesome read ❤❤

Tierney is a single child, and she just lost her parents and going through the grief stages. And even though her parents were successful and rich, they raised her to appreciate everything she has. She has a best friend and a boyfriend who has been there for her. Or so she thought. When she finds out her boyfriend cheated, she decides to move to Scotland where her grandmother is from. Where she opens a B&B.

This is where she meets Ramsey, a recluse who lives on his own island. Ramsey keeps to himself and only allows his best friend Quinn close. And his partner, his beautiful Alaskan malamute dog named Akiva. Not to mention, that nobody knows that much about Ramsey and his dark past.

When he starts working at the B&B, the chemistry between these two definitely starts heating up. And even though the attraction is both ways, Ramsey still tries to stay away from Tierney. But fate definitely had other things in store for these.

But Tierney has her own secrets. What really happened to her parents, and who is threatening her…

What an awesome read. Oh man, I fell in love with Ramsey from the beginning of this story. And Tierney. And not to mention the adorable Akiva. No matter how much Ramsey told himself that Tierney was too good for him, and she was to young for him, I think he knew that it was a lost cause. The no strings attached sexual relationships, quickly becomes so much more 😊 We also get to meet the side characters who I know I am totally going to love. Lots of suspense in this one, that I absolutely loved and a little bit of angst that I enjoyed. Everything about this first story in the new series was amazing and I absolutely loved the Scotland background. Loved from start to finish ❤❤
