From USA Today best selling author Elizabeth Bright comes a new grumpy/sunshine, single dad, steamy romance set in wild and beautiful Colorado.
Working as the head trainer at Lodestar Ranch is my chance to prove I have what it takes as a woman in a man's world. The only problem? My boss is the world’s grumpiest cowboy…and I can’t keep my eyes off him.
Between running the ranch and being a single dad, Adam Hale has the weight of the world on his shoulders. But beneath his gruff exterior is a man who is fiercely loyal and compassionate. His heart has been broken and he’s not looking to repeat the experience.
After chasing my dad’s approval my whole life, I know better than to get my heart tangled. But it’s hard not to melt for this man—and his son.
When things get heated at a local rodeo, I have to remind him: We’re not at the ranch. He’s not my boss here…unless he wants to be.

REVIEW
James is an independent fiery horse trainer, who just wants to prove to her dad her value and her skills. So to prove to him she has what it takes she accepts a job head horse trainer at a down on their luck ranch. But when she meets the owner, things might be a bit complicated.
Adam is the definition of a grumpy single dad. His dealing with grief and hurt and on top of that trying to save his families ranch. And be the best dad he can be. And that is all he has time for. Meeting the feisty, takes no crap from anyone James is not on his list. And besides she works for him, no go... right...
I loved this story so much. Adam was hot, grumpy and a single dad, hard working and totally jaded and I loved him☺️ James was definitely my type of girl. She had so much to offer and she wouldn't let anything stand in her way, love it. Together they were explosive☺️
Loved it from start to end💖
